I am a Physical Education teacher and swim coach with four years of experience working with students and student-athletes. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from Northern Illinois University and my Master’s degree in Health and Wellness Education from the American College of Education.
I swam competitively for 20 years, and that experience continues to shape how I teach and coach today. I currently participate in bodybuilding, which helps me bring a well-rounded focus on strength, movement, and overall wellness into my classes and coaching.
I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can build confidence, develop healthy habits, and find enjoyment in physical activity that lasts beyond the classroom.
